Renew domain
Why is it important to renew the domain?
If your domain expires, your website will stop working, you'll lose email, and you could lose the domain permanently if someone else registers it. Renewing the domain on time is essential to maintain your online presence.
When to renew
It's recommended to renew your domain:
- ✅ Before it expires (ideally 30 days before)
- ✅ When you receive renewal reminders by email
- ✅ If the domain is about to expire (less than 30 days)
Note: Most registrars send email reminders 30, 15, 7, and 1 day before expiration.
Step 1: Access your registrar's panel
- Log in to the control panel where you purchased the domain
- Log in with your credentials
Note: If you purchased the domain with baires.host, log in to your client panel.
Step 2: Find the domains section
- Look for the Domains, My Domains, or Mis Dominios section
- You'll see a list of all your domains

Step 4: Select renewal period
You can usually renew for:

Automatic renewal
Many registrars offer automatic renewal:
Advantages:
- ✅ You don't have to remember to renew manually
- ✅ You avoid the domain expiring due to forgetfulness
- ✅ The domain renews automatically before expiring
How to activate it:
- In your registrar's panel, look for Auto-Renew or Automatic Renewal
- Enable the option
- Verify that the payment method is configured correctly
Important: Make sure you have sufficient funds or a valid card for automatic renewal to work.
